Introduction and Building Your Trading Plan - Like a business, trading requires a proper plan to achieve success. In this section of the seminar, we discuss the basics of building a trading plan, including keeping trading records and the psychological factors that can influence your trading decisions.
Reading the Chart Alone - In the computer age, some traders have become too dependent on studies and indicators, and reading the bars has become a lost art. Have you ever been in a trade and wondered if you should take profits before the MOB? In this portion of the seminar, we will introduce the four types of trading activity individual bars can indicate, as well as how bar patterns can identify trade and pattern failure, allowing the trader to take profits early and save money.
Trigger Methods - Once you've identified the trade by using the Advanced GET strategies, when is the right time to enter the market? Due to the lagging nature of indicators, it's best to use an outside tool based on price alone to spot false breakouts and to help you know when to enter the market. This part of the seminar will teach you which entry technique to use at what time.
In addition, we will introduce a new entry technique based off the bar recognition techniques we discussed earlier in the seminar. This gives you a new and aggressive market entry that can cut your monetary risk per trade and allow you to get to profits even earlier.
Trading Strategies and Market Phase - We begin by discussing the history of the Elliott Wave Cycle and how the Advanced GET tools were created to take advantage of the most predictable market patterns along the Elliott Five Wave Sequence. We'll discuss the four main Advanced GET strategies – the XTL Breakout, the False Bar Stochastic, and the Elliott Type One and Two Trades and introduce the fifth Advanced GET strategy – the XTL Continuation, which allows a low-risk entry into an Elliott Wave 3.
