The Mission

eSignal Learning's mission is to offer active traders the education, the strategies and the tools (such as the Advanced GET edition of the eSignal software) to trade profitably -- to help them learn their way to better trades. Our website offers a place for those who want a reliable source of actionable trading education, as well as tips, classes and full programs.

The Team

Craig Russell is the manager of Interactive Data's eSignal Learning team. He is also one of the eSignal Learning team's trading educators. During Craig's trading career, he has used several different trading styles: Pure momentum scalping based on NASDAQ Level II, proprietary pairs trading, team trading, basket play and Advanced GET. Craig also served as a trading coach for a proprietary office of traders, from beginners to the experienced. He helped novice traders put together a plan and the more experienced fine tune their trading. He was an analyst for an online trading room, providing daily market commentary and trading ideas. He has served on trading panels at trade shows, been a guest presenter for webinars and educated traders worldwide using the Advanced GET strategies.

Ron Wheeler began his career in the trading industry in 1997 working as a software support representative for Tom Joseph, the creator of Advanced GET. In late 1997, with the introduction of the E-minis, he began his trading career as a futures day trader. As he grew as a trader, he eventually moved into the position of trading education and seminar leader at the company. Since then, he has worked with thousands of traders around the world teaching the strategies of Advanced GET and focusing on Elliott Wave theory and the use of advanced W.D. Gann theory. He brings his own unique experiences moving from trading novice to trading instructor to his current position with eSignal Learning. While he specializes in day trading the E-minis, he also day trades currencies, Notes and bonds. In addition, he also swing trades Forex and trades options on equities.

Duane Gott has been actively trading since 1998. He began his career as a swing trader of stocks, using pattern recognition and momentum techniques. Duane has also worked as a proprietary trader and technical analyst for a hedge fund in the San Francisco Bay Area. Using Elliott Wave and Gann techniques, Duane currently swing trades stocks while continuing to trade the S&P 500 and Eurodollar Futures intraday. He currently holds Member status with the Market Technicians Association and is also a member of the Technical Security Analysts Association of San Francisco.

Andy Bushak, an eSignal Learning Guest Presenter, is a full-time trader and seminar leader. Andy's early career included graduation from the United States Naval Academy, five years in Surface Warfare, a stint as a professional football player and with Hewlett-Packard. He started trading full time with the original handheld QuoTrek (now Interactive Data Mobile) and doing charts by hand. His method was simple: Elliott and Fibonacci. Throughout his trading career, his focus has remained the same: To teach, you have to be able to do!
